Not at all - this is a fully virtual service, which means we can work with clients anywhere in the UK and beyond. All communication is done online, making the process easy and flexible for you.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary depending on the package and scope. Standard Digital Design typically takes 2-3 weeks, Elevated CGI 4-6 weeks, and Sourcing & Styling around 1-2 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline at booking.
Which package is right for me?
If you're starting from scratch or need a full layout, Standard or Elevated CGI is ideal. If your space is mostly done and just needs styling and finishing touches, Sourcing & Styling is perfect. Still not sure? Book a free discovery call and we'll guide you.

How do I pay?
Payment details will be confirmed at booking. We typically work with a deposit upfront and the balance on delivery of your design pack. Full details will be shared in your project proposal.
Can I make revisions to my design?
Yes - every package includes a revision round so you can review the design and request adjustments before the final plan is completed. Additional revision rounds can be discussed if needed.
